SHIFT Account Deletion

SHIFT is operated by Rovira Labs.

Delete your account in the app

1. 1.Open SHIFT.
2. 2.Open Settings.
3. 3.Select Delete Account.
4. 4.Confirm the deletion.

If you cannot access the app

Email shift@roviralabs.com with the subject "SHIFT Account Deletion Request". Include your SHIFT username and recovery email address, if one was added. Do not send verification codes or passwords.

Data deleted

Deletion removes your SHIFT authentication account, optional recovery email, username, player ID, gameplay attempts, scores, leaderboard entries, notification registration, trophies, badges, league memberships, Puzzle Vault and Daily Archive progress, and word suggestions linked to your player ID.

Data that may be retained

Encrypted provider backups, security logs, push-provider logs, restricted operational emails, and Google Play purchase records may be retained where reasonably necessary for security, dispute handling, fraud prevention, or legal obligations. Google controls Google Play purchase history and store records.
